SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be longer during product launches, limited drops, pre-orders, holidays, or high-volume periods.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated shipping times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Domestic Orders (United States):
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Orders:
• Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

PRE-ORDERS

Certain items may be marked as pre-order products. Pre-order shipping timelines will be stated on the product page before purchase.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may ship together once all items are available.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

DYSPLN is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues or claims.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout.
