At DYSPLN, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below before placing your order.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the limited nature of our collections, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Pre-order items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Worn or washed products

Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dysplnbrand@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Pre-Orders
Some DYSPLN products may be sold as pre-orders. Estimated shipping times are listed on the product page and may vary depending on production and fulfillment timelines.
